January 20th, 2009 was a day which had incredible emotional impact on millions of people, in the United States, and all over the world. For many of us, it was a day we really never could even dream of happening. I took a lucky snapshot of this man as the New President of the United States passed him. I imagine this man will mark this day fondly and superbly for the rest of his life. This is a watercolor measuring 8 x11 inches on 300 pound paper. Inquiries welcome. The immortal city of Napoli has her own clown, Pulcinella. Pulcinella represents the spirit of this amazing city, and his image can be seen everywhere both as offerings for tourists and as decorations by natives. The first gift I was given in Naples (the English word for Napoli) was a little Pulcinella figurine. Napoli is also famous for its figurines, their nativity scenes made of clay, plastic or plaster are sought around the world. But back to Pulcinella. Pulcinella represents the theater of absurdity. Here is my first attempt to capture Pulcinella on a bicyle.
