\nEver since I first came to Washington State in 1979, I have been fascinated with these wonderful ungainly birds. Unlike most waterbirds, they do not have oil glands,
\nand when they fish, they look like they are star gazing. There are always cormorants around at Seward Park, and that’s where I saw this guy.
