I have been very busy in the ceramic studio making functional ware out of clay. But I am also trying to paint when the muse takes me.<\/p>\n

Aggie has been sleeping in the same spot on the bed all of her ten years of life. Today is no different. Now that I have a feather comforter, the other cats prefer to sleep elsewhere, but Aggie stays, luxuriating in the feather comfort.
\nThis painting was particularly fun because I could luxuriate in the colors just like Aggie was luxuriating in the feathers. Her amazing fur catches the light just so and I was able to capture that.<\/p>\n
