About

Mimi picked up a paintbrush in 2006 and has been painting non-stop ever since. She is very partial to the gentleness and beauty of watercolors but dabbles with other media as well.
Mimi started drawing horses and cats and houses with rainbows when she was 3 and started rendering portraits when she was in her teens. Most forms of paper that have passed through Mimi’s hands bear her doodles. Mimi is particularly interested in the plight of small wild cat species and hopes to educate other people by illustrating their lives with watercolor paintings. In fact all of the money she obtains from selling paintings (Except for shipping charges and the occasional gallery fee) will go to small wildcat conservation programs until further notice.

Mimi lives in the Pacific Northwest, in Seattle, Washington with her three cats.

Mimi will do commissioned works;  she specializing in portraits of people or animals.  If you want to send Mimi a direct email, follow this link:  http://sersale.org/mailme.htm

  1. Hi, Mimi! This is the first time I’ve visited your blog, and I love your paintings! I just wanted to tell you that I’m doing a followup post about stelliums today based on the comments yesterday, and I wanted to end it with the marvellous summary you did of the themes of the 12 houses. Linked here, of course. If that’s okay?
